A lifelong Irving resident, Teddie has been involved at Irving Cares since 1991 after a 15-year career in banking.
“It’s not easy to ask for help feeding your family or paying your rent. It’s important to me that Irving residents have the resources they need to be successful. Whether it’s finding a new job or providing groceries and rent, Irving Cares is there for people in need.”
