The IWN and their guests met today to learn about Irving Cares, and since they are community-minded, caring people, we learned a lot from them too! They also brought in a generous donation of food and funds. A food order to feed a family of 4 for a week contains 10 cans of fruit. Converting their donation into cans of fruit would provide 2,987 cans of fruit – enough for nearly 300 families.
