How it works
For individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, or want help finding better job opportunities, Irving Cares Employment team can help. We also offer partnership options for employers looking to hire quality candidates.
Our employment coaches will help you with workforce readiness, resume writing, interview skills, job search strategies, community referrals, job leads and other support. This, in turn, will help put you on the path to self-sufficiency and financial independence.
